This tour meets at one convenient location in downtown Seattle: outside of Urban Coffeehouse at 1900 4th Avenue. You should receive an updated email confirmation that includes your meeting location time in the Pickup Location section. If your confirmation doesn’t include your meeting location information, contact our office immediately to confirm your pick-up time.
Please plan to arrive to the meeting location 5 minutes prior to your scheduled meeting time. If you are late to our meeting location, it will be your responsibility to catch up with the tour.
Please note that traffic and weather conditions can affect the routes for this tour. Please allow for additional time to get back into downtown Seattle after the tour concludes.
Gratuities are optional and not included in the price of your tour. If you feel your tour guide has provided an exceptional experience, gratuities are encouraged—and welcomed—at the end of the trip.
Wheelchairs and strollers are not permitted on this tour.
Up to 2 miles of walking is included in the tour. There are a few sets of stairs (one of them very steep) at the Houseboat when we arrive.

Your guide will be wearing the color yellow and will be looking for guests by name just outside the coffee shop. If you cannot locate your tour guide at the start of the tour, please contact our office at 206-768-1234
Yes! There are several garages within a block or two of the meeting location; plan ahead to give yourself extra time if you need to find parking. There is even a garage entrance on 4th Avenue on the left, just past Urban Coffeehouse.
Please note that all street parking in the area is limited to 2 hours and you will NOT be back in time before the meter expires (except for Sundays when street parking is free!)

If you book directly on our website or over the phone, a printed voucher or confirmation will not be needed. Our tour guides will check you in by name prior to the tour departing.
There will be 2-3 opportunities to use the restroom along the tour route. Please note there is NOT a restroom available at our meeting location, Urban Coffeehouse.
Due to the nature of this walking tour, we cannot accommodate for wheelchairs, strollers or luggage on this tour.
We recommend bringing a bottle of water along for the tour – you’re welcome to bring a snack, too. The tour concludes in the bustling Fremont neighborhood where many guests choose to enjoy a nice lunch after the tour before returning to downtown Seattle.
The tour will start promptly on time as we have a schedule to make the metro bus right away. If you are late to the meeting location, it is your responsibility to catch up with the tour. Please contact our office (206-768-1234) as soon as you know you’ll be late so we can advise the best place to meet the tour.
We understand that sometimes plans change or things come up. We offer full refunds on all tours canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the tour’s start time. There are no refunds in the 24 hours leading up to the tour.
