This was my first venture out to the Pacific Northwest, and I scheduled a day to visit Seattle. I read several reviews on Trip Advisor and was impressed with what I read!
I chose the Tours West “Seattle in One Day” Tour and am so thankful that I did!!!
We (20 people) had what I consider to be the #1 tour driver with Tours Northwest~~~Steve Powell! Wow….what a ball of fire!!! Steve was so very informative…extremely quick with pointing out points of interest, as well as including everyone on the bus with dialogue!!! He provided us with the complete city tour experience—he even incorporated a very safe environment for us by maneuvering the tour bus in a very professional manner!! The safety aspect was noticed by many of us on the tour bus!!!!
I assure anyone who is interested in seeing the city of Seattle that they will not be disappointed with Tours West!!!!!! And don’t forget to request Steve Powell as your tour guide……….you will definitely not regret your decision to do so!!!!!

The best way to see the city! Our guide Kevin did a great job and was very informative…we saw a lot of things in one day! I would for sure use this company again.
This was the perfect tour for us. We only had 3 days in Seattle to visit before we flew home and didn’t know where to begin sightseeing. This tour gave us all we needed to know the best places in Seattle to visit. Our tour guide, Barry, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He pointed out everything as we passed it by, along with tons of dates, information and history. We stopped at the Space Needle (also on our list) and got to go inside and up to the top! What a view!! Then later we stopped at Pikes Market Place for 2 hours to see the sights and have lunch (also on our list). By the time we got done, we had a great tour of Seattle. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to see ‘Seattle in One Day’!
My wife and I are senior citizens from Tennessee, had never visited Seattle, and wanted to get an introductory overview of the city. “Robb” and Northwest Tours filled the bill very nicely. We were met promptly at our hotel near Sea-Tac, along with other patrons from the same area, and were transported in a very comfortable 14-passenger mini-bus. The highlights of the morning were the Seattle Center, with obligatory visit to the Space Needle, and Pike Place Market. Two hours on your own at Pike Place to browse and have lunch was just perfect. Our salad bar and clam chowder lunch at “The Sound View” could not have been better. The afternoon continued with visits to areas beyond the downtown metropolis, including the artsy and laid back community of Fremont, and Lake Union with locks and salmon ladders. Robb adroitly informed us of the changing demographics, the economic boom, the real estate and housing situation, and related matters without unnecessarily interjecting personal or political views. All the while, he skillfully shepherded us about and provided us with one great view after another of Puget Sound and the city. We were returned to our hotel around 5:00 P.M. in good order and feeling very pleased with this tour.

This tour was excellent. We completed an in depth tour of the city, then spent time at Pike Market and then went on to the Boeing Factory. We were very impressed with our tour guide Dan K. He was not only very informative, but when we struck road works or traffic jams he used his in depth knowledge to find his way around the problem. He seemed always to have a plan B or C or D if necessary. We highly recommend this tour.

Can’t visit a new city without a tour. Then I can pick out the places I need to get a closer glimpse of next time. Adam knew tons of Seattle history, which made the trip all the more fascinating. Loved hearing of his experience of witnessing the city grow exponentially since his childhood. I was very fortunate to be touring during one of the 70 sunny days in Seattle. Few clouds in the sky when I shot some spectacular skyline photos from Kerry Park (although photos don’t do the view justice at all). The view is absolutely stunning. Later on, the Boeing plant was simply astounding; largest building in the US. Something like an eighth the size of Vatican City? Just wild… After the trip, you can be dropped off wherever you’d like. Service is exceptional.
We booked the 3 in 1 day tour on line and the service from start to completion of the tour was first class. The pickup / drop off from the hotel was a important factor in selecting the tour.
The city tour was great our driver/guide Ken showed his knowledge and love of his city, he also recommended lunch selections at Pike’s Place market. The highlight of the tour was in the afternoon with a visit to the Boeing Factory. Highly recommend Northwest Tours.

The City Tour brought us to experience different towns and bridges and viewpoints, with enough time to walk and take pictures. The Pike Place Market was very interesting. We bought the famous Rainier Cherries and the delicious lunch, and watched the fun fresh Fish Market. The Boeing Factory was beyond our normal plane travel. It gave us the deeper appreciation of Plane Building Business, with so many pieces of parts and sophisticated technology. This 3 in 1 Tour summed up the Life and business of Seattle, and witnessed the ever expanding City.

GREAT tour! All you do is sit back, enjoy & absorb while someone else drives! Loren, our driver, was a pleasure! He shared SO much area knowledge & offered GREAT insider tips on things to see & do as we moved thru areas along our way to & from the BOEING Plant tour in Seattle area. Highly recommend, couldn’t be easier- a stress free way to see things while on vacation. Five stars!
